The Tunnell Cancer Center

Tunnell Cancer Center

The Robert & Eolyne Tunnell Cancer Center at Beebe Medical Center’s mission is to provide both hope and cure. From diagnosis through treatment and beyond, the patients at the Tunnell Cancer Center are never alone. Physicians, nurses, and staff, as part of the multidisciplinary approach, are there to listen, support, and encourage.

Every patient is treated as an individual. A multidisciplinary team meets weekly to discuss each newly diagnosed case to consider treatment options and to establish the most appropriate treatment protocol. A cancer care coordinator follows each case. Research nurses review clinical trials for
participation opportunities.

More than 25,000 patients have received care at Tunnell Cancer Center since its inception
in 1995.
