Comprehensive Breast-Care services

Join more than 17,000 people who trust their breast care to the breast-care experts at the Beebe Breast Health Center. Our breast-care experts provide comprehensive breast care for both women and men, and treat a wide range of breast conditions, including breast cancer and benign breast disease. We also follow women who are at an increased risk for developing breast cancer.

Advanced Breast Imaging

The start of excellent breast care begins with state-of-the-art imaging and experienced breast radiologists to interpret the images. Our emphasis on quality in breast imaging has established Beebe Medical Center as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, designated by the American College of Radiology’s (ACR®) Commission on Quality and Safety and the Commission on Breast Imaging. The designation, given for a three-year-term, was based on the results of an extensive ACR survey.

Breast-Health Expertise

The Breast Health Center at the Beebe Health Campus Bookhammer Outpatient Center is the only facility in the region devoted exclusively to breast care, diagnosis, and treatment. The comprehensive continuum of services is available for both women and men. Many patients receive a clean bill of health after diagnosis; but for those requiring treatment, our breast-care team is the gateway for specialized treatment at the Tunnell Cancer Center, as well as surgery and other procedures at Beebe Medical Center.

Expert Surgical Care

The Breast Health Center is home to dedicated breast surgeons, including Board Certified surgical oncologists who work exclusively with breast-care patients. We also refer patients for breast reconstruction consults to affiliated plastic surgeons.
