Beebe School of Nursing Schedules Open House

Beebe School of Nursing invites those interested in entering the rewarding and challenging field of nursing to attend its semi-annual Open House from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday, March 25, at the school's campus adjacent to Beebe Medical Center in Lewes.

Ginny Rickards, MEd, RN, Director of Admissions, will conduct informational sessions during the event. The next two-year session begins in August.

Beebe's nursing education program is known for offering comprehensive nursing education, providing education in basic nursing concepts, advanced technology, and critical care nursing. The curriculum provides hands-on clinical experience at Beebe Medical Center.

Upon completion, graduates are well prepared for licensure and entry-level nursing practice. Students also can earn a bachelor's degree in one additional year through an articulation agreement with Wilmington University.

Pre-requisite college courses and a certified Nursing Assistant Course are required prior to enrollment in the Beebe School Nursing program. For more information and to register for the Open House, call Beebe School of Nursing at (302) 645-3251.
