PNC Foundation Contributes $75,000 to the Construction of new Health Campus

Beebe Medical Center announces that PNC Foundation has contributed $75,000 in support of the construction of a new health campus in Millville, Delaware. The grant brings the fundraising total for the South Coastal Health Campus to $2.8 million.
To improve access to care, Beebe Medical Center will build a 60,000-square-foot health campus on Route 17 near Millville that will offer a larger emergency department, the most sophisticated forms of diagnostic imaging including computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), Beebe Lab Express, and Beebe Physical Rehabilitation, which includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology and aqua therapy.
PNC and Beebe Medical Center have worked together through the years to help strengthen the community we call home, said Connie Bond-Stuart, president of PNC Bank, Delaware. We are excited about the growth of the medical center and are pleased to play a role in making it happen.
Ms. Bond-Stuart partnered with her PNC counterpart in the Peninsula region, Thomas Mears, to help deliver this important community service.

The grant for the new health campus in Millville will help to provide the health services and support we need in the Sussex County area.
