Beebe Medical Center Auxiliary Presents Medical Center with Check for $275,000

The Beebe Medical Center Auxiliary presented to Beebe Medical Center a check in the amount of $275,000 from funds it has raised during the past year from its many fundraising activities.

Auxiliary President Pat Sandy made the presentation to Jeffrey M. Fried, President and CEO of Beebe Medical Center, at the organization's annual luncheon. Paul Mylander, Treasurer of the Beebe Board of Directors, was present during the ceremony. Since 1992, the Auxiliary has given more than $1.65 million to the Medical Center to help support its many programs and services.

Several special guests attending the luncheon were recognized for the support they have given to the Auxiliary. They were: Mary Bragg-Facilities Manager, Satellite Support;
Connie Heinde, Administrative Assistant, Satellite Support; Mary Alexander, President, Presidential Cleaning Services; Shawn Bradham, Manager, Valet Parking; and Becky McCarty, Coordinator, Volunteer Services.

Auxiliary President Pat Sandy kicked off the event by welcoming those who attended. Beebe Medical Center Chaplain The Rev. Keith Goheen gave the invocation. Jeffrey M. Fried, President and CEO of Beebe Medical Center, and Paul Mylander, Treasurer of the Beebe Medical Center Board, spoke. Auxiliary officers were installed. They are: Elizabeth Surbaugh, President; Mike Clemmer, 1st Vice President; Patricia Sandy, 2nd Vice President; Donald Lund, Treasurer; Henrietta Belcher-Stack, Assistant Treasurer; Marne Coppinger, Recording Secretary; Betty Gleeson, Correspondence Secretary; and Ginger Snowden, Member-at-Large.
