Beebe Medical Center to Present Update on Arthritis

Beebe Medical Center will offer an informational afternoon on arthritis care from 12:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m., Friday, October 19, at the Cheer Senior Center on Sand Hill Road in Georgetown.

Speakers include physicians and staff members from Beebe Medical Center, as well as a representative from the Arthritis Foundation. Registration before the event is free by calling (302) 984-2520. The day of the event there will be a $5 registration fee.

Speakers from Beebe Medical Center include: rheumatologist Jose Pando, MD; orthopaedic surgeon Wilson Choy, MD; Cheyenne Luzader, MS, Coordinator of Integrative Health; and Mark Hedetniemi, DPT, OCS, a Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Carolyn Barczak, Executive Director of the Arthritis Foundation of Delaware, will talk about the Foundation.
