Beebe School of Nursing Offers Fall Nursing Assistant Classes

The Beebe School of Nursing is offering fall Nursing Assistant classes. Upon successful completion of the 150-hour course, students are eligible to take the Nurse Aide Competency Examination for certification and may be considered for positions at Beebe Medical Center.

The first part of the course is classroom instruction and lab practice. The balance of the course is clinical instruction at Beebe Medical Center. The course fee is $1,200 and includes book, lab and certification exam fees. An application and a $150 non-refundable deposit are due two weeks prior to the beginning of the course in order to reserve a position in the class. The balance of the course fee must be paid in full or a payment plan must be initiated on the first day of class.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED certificate. Upon admission, a criminal background check, drug screen and fingerprints are required.
