Beebe Medical Center Presents Seminar on Fibromyalgia

Beebe Medical Center's Department of Integrative Health is presenting a seminar on "Understanding Fibromyalgia" to take place Tuesday, February 20, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in Classroom 4 at the Medical Center on Savannah Road in Lewes.
Long Neck Chiropractor Chris Baldt, DC, will explain the symptoms, causes and treatments of Fibromyalgia. Dr. Baldt is a member of Beebe Medical Center's Allied Health Staff.
Fibromyalgia is a syndrome that has been recognized by the American Medical Association's American College of Rheumatology as a condition with widespread pain and fatigue. It is a chronic, non-degenerative, non-progressive, non-inflammatory condition that affects an estimated 3.7 million Americans, mostly women. People can lead active, productive lives with proper medical care.
