Beebe Nursing School Students Earn Scholarship
02/20/06
Jennifer Pedriani of Rehoboth Beach, Kerri Wiggins of Milton, and Maureen Adair of Millsboro, three students of the Beebe Medical Center's School of Nursing, have been honored with The Village Improvement Association of Rehoboth scholarship. Pedriani is a senior and Wiggins and Adair are first-year students.
The Village Improvement Association of Rehoboth is pleased and proud to support and encourage the nursing students at Beebe School of Nursing, said Village Improvement Association President Sandy Roberts. Beebe School of Nursing offers an outstanding program and a needed program, and a needed service to our area.
The Village Improvement Association of Rehoboth, a member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs, created the scholarship to support Beebe School of Nursing students who are Sussex County residents and who are non-traditional students, who have at least a B average in nursing courses, and who demonstrate a financial need.
