Beebe Brings Healthcare Resources to Faith Community
Beebe Medical Center's Community Health Department has organized a free, morning educational event to assist lay leaders and ministers in helping their congregants locate and coordinate health resources and social services.
The Health Ministry Resources Fair will take place from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, January 28, at Cape Henlopen High School's Ninth-Grade Academy cafeteria on Savannah Road in Lewes.
Some of the organizations that will be on hand to explain their programs include Delaware Ecumenical Council on Children and Families, the Community Healthcare Access Program, which helps eligible families receive discounts on healthcare, Delaware Mental Health Association, Delaware Hospice, Alanon, and the Delaware Colorectal Cancer Screening Program.
