Beebe Medical Center's First Baby of 2006 Arrived on Jan. 1

01/03/06

Anthony Vicente Mendoza was the first baby to be born at Beebe Medical Center in 2006.

He is the son of Irma Mendoza Agustin and Rudy Vicente of Millsboro. He was born at 10:48 a.m. on Sunday, January 1, 2006, and weighed 7 pounds and 14.7 ounces.

Staff from the Women's Health Pavilion provided the family with a basket of baby supplies and clothing. In addition, Babies "R" Us will send the family a gift card as part of its 1st Baby of The Year Sweepstakes.
