Beebe Celebrates Volunteers This Season

12/14/05

Beebe Medical Center celebrated volunteers this holiday season at its annual Volunteer Holiday Luncheon on Thursday, December 8, 2005 at Bethel United Methodist Church. More than 160 volunteers enjoyed a wonderful celebration.

Beebe's Nutritional Services Department catered the delicious menu, and in keeping with tradition, members of Beebe Medical Center's Board of Directors and Executive and Management staff served the meal. The program included a wonderful medley of songs sung by Leslie Boslet, a registered mammographer at the Women's Health Center at the Beebe Health Campus on Route 24.

Beebe Medical Center is fortunate to have an average of 200 active volunteers who, as of October, have donated more than 32,300 hours to our organization this year. Members of the community who are interested in becoming volunteers may contact Becky McCarty, Volunteer Services Coordinator, at 645-3531.
