Beebe Medical Center Introduces Summer Chaplain Trainees

Beebe Medical Center recently welcomed five summer chaplain trainees to its Chaplaincy Services Department, as part of Beebe’s interdisciplinary team to address the spiritual dimension of healthcare for patients, their families and staff members. Chaplain trainees will provide pastoral support from June 15 through August 20, 2004, under the direction of Reverend Dorothy Greet, Beebe’s Director of Chaplaincy Services. Each trainee brings years of pastoral experience in parish ministry and public service, and will be available to visit patients on all units, consult medical and support staff, and assist in providing chaplaincy coverage for urgent pastoral needs throughout their program.
