Beebe Physician Named Governor-elect of DE ACP/ASIM

Beebe physician Dr. Mansour Saberi has been elected to serve as the new Governor of the Delaware Chapter of the American College of Physicians, American Society of Internal Medicine. His term as Governor-elect begins this April, and his four-year term as Governor will begin April 2004 through 2008. Dr. Saberi, Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, is honored to be the first physician from Sussex County to serve in this capacity. The Board consists of 78 Governors representing College members in various chapters and regions of the U.S., Canada and several Latin American countries. Dr. Saberi will provide a critical link between members, headquarters and the Board of Regents on issues such as credentialing, scientific meetings and advocacy.
